• Aoha Intelligence Family introduces Aoha Chip Designer, an AI agent system that collaborates with you in semiconductor design, streamlining and accelerating traditional workflows. It understands the semiconductor design workflow and enhances design quality and efficiency by incorporating downstream considerations early in the design phase.

• World's highest-performing AI agent system for semiconductor design that generates RTL from natural language specifications. (as of March 2025, according to Aoha's research (note))

• Performance of Chip Designer described below does not rely on closed AI models such as those from OpenAI or Anthropic, but rather is unique to Aoha, leveraging OSS foundation models.

• Regenerates RTL based on PPA simulation results of the initially generated RTL. Achieves up to approximately 15% improvement in PPA at the RTL stage in a single iteration.

• Aoha Chip Designer is a secure and neutral chip-design AI agent system that neither leaks data to nor depends on specific semiconductor manufacturers. Aoha is not a company that develops its own semiconductors.

• Aoha Chip Designer supports various EDA tools.

Note: To the best of Aoha' s knowledge, there exists one paper that reports a score exceeding that of Aoha Chip Designer, and it is a perfect score. However, when Aoha reproduced the method, although the mentioned perfect score was achieved, it turned out that the AI model used in it (Claude 3.5) had simply peeked at the answers. We have yet to receive a response from the paper's authors regarding their experimental methodology. Further, additional verification is ongoing, but at least some of the items marked incorrect in the benchmark by Chip Designer appear to reflect issues with the benchmark questions themselves. Based on all this, we refer to it as the world's highest-performing AI agent system above.
